The material is transported into the feed pipe and be absorbed into the classification-room by the blower fan, fully disperse in the classification-cone. Because the function of the strong centrifugal force produced by the rotor, the coarse particles are thrown to the tube wall and the fine powder is discharged by the upper exit through the rotor blade clearance along with the air current, enters the trapping installment of the system. The coarse particles, because of the secondary air classification function, separate out the fine particles that mixed with the coarse particles and send them into the classification-room for reclassification. The coarse particles along the tube wall down and discharge from the star-shape discharge valve of the coarse powder exit.

This machine is suitable for industries like the chemical industry, minerals, building material, electron, pharmaceutical, agricultural chemicals, coating, dye, food, metallurgy, feed, etc. It can carry on the dry classification to over thousands of material, such as the various organic substances and the inorganic substances.

• The machine is a dry type air classifier, which is equipped with dual airinlet and classification-rotor centrifugal type classifier. It is usually used for classifying the inadhesive material.
• Suitable for the grading of each kind of organic matter and the inorganic substance. The grading range width can be selected within 3μm-150μm, in the ordinary circumstances can obtain the superfine powder of <10μm and the content can reach 97-100%.
• Can grade spherical particle, flaky particle and fibrous particle.
Also may carry on the separation to the different density material, for example, we can separate the fiber and wood dust from the reclaimed rubber.
• The nicety of grading is high, the classification-rotor uses the hydromechanics principle, forms a kind of forced vortex, produces the powerful stable centrifugal force field and obtains precise grading d75/D25=1.1-1.5.
• High classification efficiency, extremely good classification-rotor and secondary air wind screening function, cause the Newton efficiency reaches above η=60-90%.
• This machine simplifies the complex channel theory into simple structure. Therefore, its operation, service and cleaning are all convenient, the graded particle size is easy to adjust.
• Compact equipment structure, small area, convenient installment, no noise, low vibration.
• Can carry on the loop circuit operation together with the mechanical disintegrator or the jet mill, thus, the productivity may double. When adopting the closed circuit operation, the heat-sensitivity is permitted, the low thaw point material crushes in the mechanical disintegrator.
